Are you a Reward and Benefits professional who enjoys combining data, strategy and operational excellence to deliver exceptional employee experiences? We're looking for an experienced Reward, Benefits & Payroll Partner to take ownership of key reward, benefits, payroll governance and pension activities across a complex organisation. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping reward programmes, driving pay equity, enhancing employee wellbeing and ensuring the effective delivery of annual reward processes. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you'll influence business decisions through data-driven insights while ensuring reward and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with organisational goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Reward & Compensation
    • Lead the annual salary review and bonus processes
    • Support the development and delivery of reward strategies and policies
    • Conduct pay benchmarking and market analysis
    • Drive pay equity initiatives and reward governance
    • Support job evaluation and grading activities
    • Assist with long-term incentive and equity programmes
  • Benefits, Pensions & Wellbeing
    • Manage benefits programmes and annual renewals
    • Lead wellbeing initiatives that enhance employee engagement
    • Support pension governance, administration and compliance activities
    • Manage relationships with pension advisers, trustees and external providers
    • Deliver clear and engaging employee communications on reward and benefits
  • Payroll & Reporting
    • Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate and efficient reward-related processes
    • Deliver key reporting requirements including gender pay gap and other reward analytics
    • Analyse workforce and reward data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Drive continuous improvement and automation of reward and payroll-related processes

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Experience managing annual reward cycles, salary reviews and bonus processes
  • Knowledge of pensions, benefits administration and reward governance
  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Experience working with HR systems and reward data
  • A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
