An exciting opportunity to lead strategic client engagement and regional business growth across the built environment sector. A growing, forward-thinking organisation is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Development Manager to drive business development and client relationship management across Greater London. This is a pivotal role focussed on public sector client and construction industry engagement.
In this role, you will take ownership of client accounts and project opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to support delivery through framework agreements. Working with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will be instrumental in driving growth and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver client development plans
- Engage and influence public sector clients across construction and professional services
- Present strategic solutions and secure projects via framework agreements
- Oversee project procurement, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Build relationships with contractors and consultants in the region
- Represent the organisation at local, regional, and national industry events
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends
- Identify opportunities for regional growth and improved market share
We’re looking for someone with:
- A successful background in business or account management
