Elevations Engineering Services Division is supporting our market-leading building products manufacturing client in recruiting a driven and dynamic Customer Service Technician specialising in Kitchen Fitting to cover a Regional patch in the following postcode areas: YO, HU, WF, DN and LN.

The Customer Service Technician will play a critical role as part of the Customer Care Team, which is dedicated to providing excellent service to homeowners who have reported faults or damage to their newly installed kitchens. The Customer Care Team is extremely well organised and takes care when booking your appointments to give you time to correctly solve issues, communicate with the customer, and perform corrective actions to provide a final fix.

As the Customer Service Technician, you will need to be experienced in all aspects of kitchen fitting, including cabinets, worktops, pelmets, cornices, and housing for internal appliances, as well as using all associated hand and power tools.

The Customer Service Technician is a permanent role working flexibly Monday to Friday. You will be given a company van and all of the tools you need to do your job. There is an excellent salary and company benefits package on offer too!

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Technician will include:

  • Travelling to customer homes within your designated patch
  • Problem solving, diagnosing issues, and fixing faults
  • Liaising with the internal team
