Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a fast-growing financial services organisation in Leeds to appoint a Recruitment Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the Head of OD, this Recruitment Business Partner role will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycles from candidate attraction, advertising, shortlisting, screening to onboarding. This role will also suit an agency recruiter who is looking to take a step into an internal recruitment team, as a Recruitment Business Partner your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Manage recruitment across high-volume operational roles and head office positions
- Advertise vacancies across multiple channels, including job boards and social media
- Conduct screening and check-in calls to assess and engage candidates
- Schedule and arrange interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all parties
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Support onboarding activities, including sending offer packs and welcome packs
- Carry out pre-employment checks such as credit and DBS checks
- Use recruitment data to present insights, identify trends, and highlight gaps in the process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across active and passive candidate markets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Background in high-volume hiring, ideally within customer service or contact centre environments
- Proactive and creative, with a focus on continuous improvement
