Quantity Surveyor
to join a specialist engineering team.

You\’ll work alongside the Commercial Manager, supporting projects across the UK and making sure costs, contracts and reporting all stay on track.

What you\’ll be doing

• Reviewing costs, valuations and final accounts
• Managing subcontractor payments
• Preparing tenders, estimates and variations
• Keeping project contracts and compliance in order
• Reporting financial performance to the Commercial Manager

What you\’ll bring

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or solid equivalent experience
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management
• Confidence with Word and Excel
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently
