Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading healthcare business to recruit an experienced Quality Compliance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with strong leadership experience to play a key role in driving governance, compliance, and continuous improvement within a growing healthcare and digital services environment. Reporting to the Director of Governance, the successful candidate will lead the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.

The Quality Compliance Manager will take ownership of quality, governance, and compliance activities across the business, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Working closely with operational and clinical teams, you will lead internal quality processes, oversee audit and compliance activity, and provide clear governance reporting to senior stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in day-to-day quality management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the organisation’s Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, and document control.
  • Manage and develop the Quality team, supporting delivery across quality, audit, and compliance activities.
