Leeds City Centre | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

I’m currently partnering with aleading international professional services firmthat’s experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint aPurchase to Pay (Accounts Payable) Team Leaderto join their established finance team in Leeds.

This is abrand-new positioncreated through business expansion — offering a genuine opportunity to make your mark in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment. You’ll work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, leading a team of six and acting as the key contact for complex queries and process improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals (team of 6)
  • Oversee day-to-day P2P operations and handle escalations
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Drive efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in end-to-end accounts payable
  • Proven track record in team leadership or supervision
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
  • AAT qualification is a bonus, but not essential
