Project Design Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an innovative, highly regulated manufacturing business based in Sheffield, who are looking for a Project Design Engineer to join the team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has at least 2 years experience within highly regulated manufacturing industry and has worked within a project engineering or design function and is looking to join a well established, global manufacturing business.As the Project Design Engineer you will: Collaborate with the team to develop instrument and implant concepts from design to production. Use CAD for models, drawings, and FEA analysis. Support production by designing jigs and fixtures. Review and improve engineering drawings for better manufacturing efficiency and error reduction. Lead small to medium projects, managing timelines, budgets, and teams. Follow New Product Development procedures and maintain project documentation. Select and implement product testing, validation, and verification.
