🔥 Production Supervisor – Foundry/Heat Treatment | Leeds

We are on the lookout for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets. You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supervising a team of 20-30 in a busy, regulated environment.
• Overseeing a number of furnaces, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
• Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset.
• Monitoring equipment constraints, analyzing data, and solving problems before they escalate.
• Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Technical background – ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering).
• Proven experience in production supervision or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills— you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop.
• A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.
• Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information.
