Job Description
Elevation Recruitment are looking for a creative designer with a passion for developing new products that make a real difference. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing development team, working on innovative projects from concept through to launch.
We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
The role will involve:

Taking product ideas from research and design, through prototyping and into production
-
Identifying new market opportunities and creating products that meet customer needs
-
Translating insights and creative input from colleagues into well-managed, market-leading projects
-
Working closely with suppliers and building strong, long-term relationships
-
Producing detailed specifications, Solidworks designs, DXFs and supporting manufacturing documentation

Ensuring technical feasibility and completing calculations/studies for capital projects
-
Supporting product documentation through videos, graphics and user guides using Adobe Premiere
-
Providing technical support and troubleshooting where required
We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in manufacturing techniques and design for manufacture
-
Proficiency in Solidworks CAD design
-
(Ideally) experience designing products with embedded electronics
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot trends
-
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with people at all levels

The ability to manage deadlines, balance multiple priorities and stay organised

A creative and logical mindset, with real enthusiasm for innovation and learning
