Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in the Pontefract area.
Location: Pontefract
Hours: 4 day working week rotation.
- Week 1 β Monday to Thursday - 2pm β 12am
- Week 2 β Tuesday to Friday β 6am β 4pm
- Week 3 β Monday to Thursday - 5am β 3pm
- Week 4 β Tuesday to Friday β 6am β 4pm
Salary: Β£44,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and fault find on electrical systems (including PLCs where possible).
- Build an effective working relationship with Engineers and Management Teams.
- Develop and contribute in preventative maintenance plans for equipment to ensure that breakdowns are minimised.
- Contribute to the installing and commissioning of new machinery.
- Support continuous improvement projects and engineering developments on site.
What Weβre Looking For:
- NVQ/ONC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Maintenance as a minimum.
- Proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in PPMs and breakdown response.
- Experience of fault finding on PLCs (desirable).
