As Digital Marketing Associate – Content & Design, you will be at the heart of how we tell our story, creating compelling content across digital channels, supporting our PR activity, and helping to build a distinctive brand presence in the Business Intelligence sector.
You’ll bring creative energy, a strong writing ability, and a genuine passion for content. Whether you’re drafting a blog post, designing a social graphic, or pitching a story to a journalist, you’ll take ownership of your output and look for every opportunity to raise the bar.
Responsibilities:- Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging, on-brand content for website, blog, newsletters, organic social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand messaging across all written communications.
- Support the development and management of a content calendar aligned to wider marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, audience-focused assets including articles, case studies, infographics, and video scripts.
- Design & Visual Content
- Produce visually compelling digital assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for use across social media, email, and web.
- Support the visual execution of campaign materials, ensuring designs reflect brand guidelines.
- Work with the wider team and external designers where required to deliver creative projects on time and on brief.
- Organic Social Media
- Plan, schedule, and publish organic social content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and identify opportunities for audience growth.
- Analyse social media performance and translate insights into content improvements.
- Manage social media scheduling tools to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
- Strong writing skills with a creative, engaging style across different formats and audiences.
- Solid copyediting skills with close attention to tone, accuracy, and detail.
