An experienced HR Consultant is sought to provide expert, hands-on support to a busy HR function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires someone who can quickly integrate, assess the landscape, and deliver pragmatic HR solutions that align with business priorities.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead and manage complex casework including investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance, dismissals, and restructures.
- Provide clear, commercially aware HR guidance that protects the business and drives operational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all aspects of employee relations.
- Oversee HR reporting across absence, employee data, and performance metrics.
- Represent HR in formal meetings and act as escalation point for ER matters.
