Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a key FMCG company in Hull who are looking to recruit a part-time Occupational Health Advisor.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement statutory health surveillance programme relevant to requirements on site.
- Plan and implement statutory and non-statutory health monitoring of ‘at risk’ groups of employees
- Review pre-employment health information and support management in assessing specific requirements of individuals and fitness for role
- Provide advice and support to employees on health-related matters and, if necessary, refer to Company Doctor, physiotherapist or a relevant agency
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports relating to health screening activities
- Assist the HR team with employee health assessments
- To provide support, advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to sickness absence, workplace environment, risk assessments and return to work following absence
Key Skills:
- Occupational health Qualification – Diploma or above
- Audiological and Spirometry qualification
- Previous experience in an Occupational Health role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (Desirable)
- Ariba / SAP knowledge (Desirable)
