Elevation HR are on the hunt for an Employee Relations Advisor for one of our healthcare clients in the North-East on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Employment Relations Advisor to join our client in this hybrid, field-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on-site, building relationships, and supporting managers to navigate employee relations with confidence.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders across multiple locations, coaching, advising, and partnering with them to create positive, high-performing teams. Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:
- Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters across multi-sites
- Manage a high volume of varied ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
- Support and coach managers to apply policies and employment law effectively
- Build strong relationships across teams and provide practical, commercially sound guidance
- Proactively manage sickness absence cases
- Support investigations and contribute to key people metrics and reporting
