Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice, and support across the business. With a headcount of c.250 and clear growth plans, this is a hands‑on, senior advisory role suited to someone confident operating at pace, influencing decision‑making, and supporting leaders through change.
