Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a leading UK workplace solutions business in the search for a Sales Manager to lead their Northern sales operation.

Our client is a well-established business supplying workplace essentials and managed solutions across a broad customer base, with a strong reputation in sectors including PPE, workwear, facilities and consumables.

This is a high-impact role managing a team of 8-9 BDMs across the Midlands and North, with responsibility for driving performance, increasing revenue and pushing commercial growth across the region. The role is field-based, with regular travel into the Normanton office.

We’re keen to speak with proven sales leaders who have:

  • Backgrounds in consumables, waste management, PPE, workwear or similar B2B environments would all be of interest
  • Proven experience in sales management with experience managing and developing BDMs
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive growth
  • A track record of delivering against targets and growing performance
