Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in Wakefield.
Location: Wakefield | Salary: £47,840 | Shift: 3 shift rotation (days, afters and nights, 8 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a wide range of production related equipment.
- Provide general maintenance support.
- Responsible for repairs of all equipment when required.
- Troubleshoot and fault find on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ensure compliance to all aspects of the company health and safety policy.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
- Work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Help towards improving PM activity to reduce downtime.
- Involvement in PLC/HMI integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full apprenticeship or suitable experience in a similar role/environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment or similar.
- Experience working in manufacturing.
- PLC and HMI integration knowledge.
Suited candidates may have previously held roles such as: Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Robotics Engineer.
