Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business looking for an organised, proactive coordinator to support continuous improvement activity across site. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, tracking actions and helping teams improve the way they work. A great step into Continuous Improvement within manufacturing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting safety standards, audits and site housekeeping
- Tracking improvement actions, ideas and progress
- Updating procedures, work instructions and visual guides
- Pulling together basic performance and improvement data
- Organising meetings, notes and reports
- Providing admin support to improvement and operational teams
What we’re looking for:
- Background in technical support or manufacturing
- Interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean or 6S
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
