A growing specialist off-site manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of civils projects across the UK. The Role
- Supporting senior project managers, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of projects from order stage through to completion, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of live construction and manufacturing projects
- Coordinating project programmes, production schedules, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Supporting commercial administration including variations and project costs
- Attending project meetings and occasional site visits
- Maintaining project records and progress trackers
- Assisting with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination
About You
- Previous experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project coordination is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
- Understanding of technical drawings or project processes would be advantageous
- A degree, HNC/HND, or similar qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred
- Recent graduates with relevant placement experience are encouraged to apply
