Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a proactive HSE Advisor. This hands-on role will see you working closely with the management team to develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites. The successful candidate will foster a positive H&S culture, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with ISO-accredited systems, while engaging with colleagues at all levels to create a safe and sustainable working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct accident/incident investigations, implement remedial actions.
- Manage contractor safety and oversee inductions for new starters.
- Prepare risk assessments, CoSHH assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
- Support ISO14001 Environmental Management System and EMS compliance.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and assist with external audits.
- Support training and recruitment of HSE team members.
- Participate in ISO and ethical audits, ensuring zero non-conformances.
- Support company environmental initiatives.

- NEBOSH Certificate
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience maintaining ISO-accredited HSE systems.
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably FMCG.
