We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Customer Sales Support to join our team on a 9–12 month maternity cover contract. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the sales support function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient support to our sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop and motivate the Sales Support team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee all sales support processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Act as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance
- Manage reporting, forecasting support, and sales administration activities
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
- Support senior leadership with insights, analysis, and operational recommendations
- Proven experience in a Customer Sales Support function.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000
