Material Scheduler – Northwest Leeds – £40,000 – £45,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering exclusively with leading manufacturing business based in Northwest Leeds who are looking to recruit a Material Scheduler to join their team.
This is a key position within the supply chain team, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials into production and maintaining the stability of manufacturing operations.

Working Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (Mon-Tue) 7:30am-4:15pm (Wed-Thur) 7:30am-12pm (Fri)
The Role
- Managing daily and weekly schedules for production materials in line with forecasts and demand
- Preparing and issuing quarterly demand forecasts to suppliers
- Maintaining accurate inventory and order data to support planning and budgeting
- Monitoring supplier capacity, delivery performance and lead times
- Coordinating recovery plans in response to shortages or delays
- Leading supplier performance reviews and supporting improvement initiatives
The Person
We are looking for someone highly organised, analytical and confident in managing supplier relationships. You will thrive in a role that demands precision, communication and proactive problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing business
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams and with suppliers
- Advanced Excel skills – skilled in data analysis, with experience producing clear performance reports
