To support the brand awareness, reach and growth of our business, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team! This is a broad-ranging role that offers autonomy by working within an entrepreneurial trading environment. Our core aim is to generate more footfall into our stores that in turn will grow sales.
The successful Marketing Executive will help coordinate the marketing and business development activities for the company, including duties not limited to:
- Help to identify new and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and refresh website content.
- Liaise with buying to create engaging social media posts to grow reach.
- Create impactful traditional marketing materials such as flyers for new store openings.
- Liaise with our supply base to coordinate instore marketing activity such as branded themed bays and new range launches.
- Liaise with retained partners on advertising, print, press, photography.
- Create marketing strategy and pipeline across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Draft valuable and engaging content for both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage POS pipelines from the design stage to store layout.
- Create an activity plan for the wider business so we have a seasonal/event activity plan.
- Manage the marketing and business development expenditure and budget.
- Create key but simple dashboards that track progress and growth on all social platforms and our website.
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience in a marketing role - preferably within a B2B product-based environment.
- Experience of strategic marketing.
- Social media focus both organic and paid.
