This role is ideal for a strong people leader from a manufacturing background who enjoys developing teams, driving performance, and creating a positive, accountable shop floor culture.
You’ll be responsible for leading a skilled production team within a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement standards are consistently achieved. As Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of daily manufacturing operations, supporting and motivating your team to deliver high-quality products within a regulated environment. You’ll play a key role in coaching individuals, improving team performance, and driving operational excellence across the department.
Key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Leader include:
