Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a highly skilled Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Wakefield. This is a permanent role leading a small team while remaining hands-on with complex fabrication and welding work. This role would suit an experienced welder/fabricator/plater who also has strong leadership skills and a confident approach to managing people and production processes.

As Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating the production team to meet output and quality targets
- Carrying out fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard
- Allocating daily tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Training, coaching and supporting team members to develop their skills
- Using IT systems to record production data and track performance
- Working closely with management to improve processes and efficiency
To be successful in the Production Team Leader role, you will need:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication at a high standard
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small production team
- Strong IT skills, confident with production tracking and reporting systems
