Elevation HR are partnering with a highly innovative and fast paced commercial organisation to support the appointment of a People Business Partner on a 2-year fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation as it transitions towards an AI-enabled operating model. Working within a fast paced and evolving environment, this role will play a key part in ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to successfully deliver large-scale AI-led change initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People Centres of Expertise to translate transformation programmes into clear and effective people outcomes.
