Location: Harrogate – Site Based (with occasional local travel)

Elevation Tech & Transformation is working with a well-established organisation in the manufacturing/logistics sector who are looking to bring in a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join their Harrogate site. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, operational environment and wants to play a key role in keeping critical systems running smoothly across production and warehouse functions.

The Role:

You’ll be the go-to person for IT support across the site, ensuring infrastructure, systems and users are fully supported. This role will involve a mix of desk-based support, on-the-ground troubleshooting and project work, with occasional travel to nearby sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, servers, and warehouse systems
  • Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environment
  • Assist with network support (ideally Cisco-based environments)
  • Work with ERP and Warehouse Management (WHM) systems, ensuring integration and uptime
  • Support site operations, including manufacturing and logistics systems
  • Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvements
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous IT support experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment (essential)
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (Cisco experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting ERP systems and Warehouse Management systems (WMS/WHM)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a site-based role
  • Full UK driving licence (for local site travel)
