Elevation HR are excited to be working with a fantastic Construction Company based in Manchester as they search for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This fully onsite role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR team and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and exposure.
Reporting into the Head of HR, this is a fully generalist role which would suit a HR Coordinator / Assistant looking to take that next step into an advisory role. As a HR Coordinator your duties will include:
- Draft and issue contracts of employment and HR correspondence
- Manage and respond to HR queries via the ticketing system, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers
- Handle low-level employee relations queries, escalating where appropriate
- Support and, where appropriate, chair disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Assist with flexible working requests in line with policy and legislation
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports, using Excel to support data analysis and insights
- Provide day-to-day administrative and advisory support to the wider HR team
