Elevation Senior Finance are working with a specialist supplies business based in Bradford as they look to recruit a Management Accountant into their team.
You will join an established finance team and take sole ownership of producing the end to end month end accounts as well as leading on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. This is a hands on role giving end to end exposure and the perfect role for an accomplished, qualified Accountant.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Management Accountant will include:
Production and continual evolvement of the monthly Management Accounts and development of Departmental overhead reports
Implement and maintain key variance analysis
Monthly analysis and understanding of standard to actual production variances
Promote and deploy Business Intelligence tools from within the ERP system (KPI’s, dashboards etc.)
Provide accurate and timely management information to the key stakeholders within the business
Assist the Financial Controller with various finance projects
Prepare timely and accurate month end reports as required
Be the go-to person for financial costing support for the managers within the business
Apply best practice and lean methodology when resolving issues
Part of cross functional teams to drive the business forward
Key Skills & Experience required:
Qualified (ACA, ACCA OR CIMA) Accountant
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Extensive data analysis experience and understanding of financials
Advanced level of Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
A strong understanding of stock and costing is essential
