Elevation Recruitment are working with a construction business to support them in the recruitment of a Project Manager to support projects across the Southern region. This is a field-based role, ideally suited to a highly organised professional who thrives on site activity, customer engagement, and precision planning.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting the business by managing and documenting site activity both pre- and post-delivery, ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering excellent service to sensitive customers through clear, proactive communication.
- Attending site set-ups and progress meetings for allocated projects.
- Scheduling plots for delivery - aligned with customer programmes and company lead times:
- 3 weeks pre-delivery (standard product)
- 5 weeks pre-delivery (non-standard / Paint to Order)
- 2 weeks pre-delivery (standard)
- 4 weeks pre-delivery (non-standard)
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience managing and scheduling plots, including check measures and readiness inspections.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, confident communication style.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A clear understanding of Symphony lead-times and weekly production deadlines.
You will be:
- Target-driven, with the ability to work towards departmental KPIs.
- Comfortable communicating at all levels, including Architects, Specifiers, Site and Project Managers, Buyers, and Senior Leadership.
- Calm under pressure, self-motivated, and deadline-focused.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
