We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and operational execution of our digital marketing initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will build digital programs that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion across global markets. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound campaigns, digital activation, paid media, and marketing automation, ensuring all digital efforts support broader business objectives. This role is critical in helping to attract, qualify, and nurture leads and requires a strong mix of strategy and hands-on digital execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with business goals and contribute to brand growth.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO/AEO, social media strategy, analytics, and marketing technology, particularly HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.
Responsibilities:
- Regional Campaign Strategy and Development: Ability to shape and implement regional and global digital campaign strategies, developing segmentation plans, channel mix recommendations, and scalable frameworks that support diverse markets.
- Experience with building and maintaining the campaign architecture, including landing pages, workflows, nurturing sequences, and digital assets across HubSpot and WordPress.
- Utilize ongoing testing and optimization of content, CTAs, and user pathways to continuously refine and improve conversion performance.
- Paid Media and Digital Activation: Own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize spend, targeting, and creative.
- Ensure that digital activation across email, web, and social channels creates cohesive, high-quality customer journeys that support demand generation goals.
- Reporting and Performance Optimisation: Drive insights through data by building and maintaining dashboards that provide visibility into KPIs and funnel performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with commercial analytics team to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prioritise accurate data flow and lead management across platforms using a test-and-learn approach to continually refine digital programs.
- Leverage Marketing tech stack to execute campaigns and manage lead flows.
- Ensure data integrity, campaign tracking, and system integration.
- Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to enhance reporting and automation capabilities.
- Website Management: Collaborate with Information Technology developers and digital transformation team to ensure the website is optimised for user experience, lead generation, and brand consistency.
- Strong leadership skills to shape digital operations across the organisation, includes managing the Digital Marketing Specialist, setting priorities, overseeing project deliverables, and establishing best practices.
- Create and deliver training, SOPs, onboarding materials, and process documentation to ensure global teams can operate effectively within the digital ecosystem.
- Ability to be proactive while being hands-on skills in various digital marketing disciplines and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing digital marketing programs in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, and campaign performance optimisation.
- Expert level experience in HubSpot and Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to build automation workflows, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Experience with WordPress and integrated digital ecosystems.
- In-depth experience analysing and optimising performance of websites, tools, campaigns.
- Experience launching global and multilingual marketing programs.
- Expert level experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO best practices, and 6Sense or similar ABM/intent tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at translating data into compelling narratives.
