Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with La Boulangère to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their new Lincolnshire site. La Boulangère are an established manufacturer of bread, brioche and pastries who have 7 highly successful manufacturing sites in France.
Salary: £60,000-£69,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
Working hours: Monday-Friday – Flexible working hours (core hours 10am-3pm)
Role and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:
- Setting up the functioning of the Engineering department for new production facilities, including corrective and preventive maintenance programs
- Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment (2 production lines) during an 18-month start-up programme
- Provide technical engineering expertise to site teams, troubleshooting complex issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and manage a CMMS system, ensuring accurate maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Set the example for the site team in food safety, quality, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage a department of 11 people (1 controls engineer, 9 engineers, 1 stores and systems coordinator) including recruitment, development, and performance management

- Previous maintenance leadership/managerial experience within a manufacturing environment
