An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join a growing manufacturing business supplying specialist products to customers across the UK and international markets. This role will be responsible for managing projects from order handover through to manufacture and delivery, ensuring customer requirements, production schedules and shipping deadlines are met. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, production teams and logistics providers to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects from initial order through to final delivery.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, production teams and freight providers.
  • Arrange UK and international transport, shipping and export documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve scheduling, logistics and delivery issues.
  • Support procurement activities and supplier negotiations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and regular project updates.
  • Maintain accurate project records and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in project coordination, logistics, manufacturing, customer service or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a professional and proactive approach.
Desirable
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction products or technical industries.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international freight coordination.
  • Experience working with international customers or overseas operations.
