Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with La Boulangère to recruit a Maintenance Manager for their new Lincolnshire site. La Boulangère are an established manufacturer of bread, brioche and pastries who have 7 highly successful manufacturing sites in France. La Boulangère are now opening their first site in the UK (Lincolnshire) to replicate the process in France and ensure their desired products are more available across the UK.
Salary: £60,000-£69,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
Working hours: Monday-Friday – Flexible working hours (core hours 10am-3pm)
Role and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:
- Setting up the functioning of the Engineering department for new production facilities, including corrective and preventive maintenance programs
- Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment (2 production lines) during an 18-month start-up programme
- Provide technical engineering expertise to site teams, troubleshooting complex issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and manage a CMMS system, ensuring accurate maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Set the example for the site team in food safety, quality, health and safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage a department of 11 people (1 controls engineer, 9 engineers, 1 stores and systems coordinator) including recruitment, development, and performance management

- Previous maintenance leadership/managerial experience within a manufacturing environment
