Buyer – North Lincolnshire – Circa £35,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with an established and growing manufacturer in North Lincolnshire who are looking for a Buyer to join their dynamic Procurement team.

Buyer Duties:

• Source and purchase raw materials in line with production requirements and inventory targets
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to achieve best value
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent supply
• Evaluate and understand the properties and benefits of raw materials used in production
• Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to align purchasing activities with operational needs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

Hours: Full time Monday – Friday

Required skills & experience:

• Proven experience in a procurement role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of raw materials and their relevance in production processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication and supplier relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
