You’ll work closely with the Head of Learning & Development, Team Managers and operational leaders to understand where teams need support, build practical training and help create a more confident, capable customer operation. The role will cover:

  • Leading onboarding and induction training for new starters
  • Creating engaging training and coaching programmes
  • Supporting Team Managers with coaching and development plans
  • Delivering compliance and regulatory training
  • Identifying skills gaps and areas for improvement across the operation
  • Supporting change projects, new systems and process updates
  • Reviewing training effectiveness and making improvements where needed
  • Developing a team of trainers

They’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience leading training within a contact centre environment
  • Understands the pace and pressures of customer operations
  • Ideally comes from a regulated environment
  • Is confident working with stakeholders across operations and leadership teams
  • Brings energy, ideas and a practical approach

It’s a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in the business, building relationships and having real influence over how people are developed across the operation.
