Elevation HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary 3-month basis to support one of our large Engineering Clients based in Leeds, on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a busy and collaborative team, supporting a range of permanent engineering vacancies alongside some high-volume recruitment activity.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening and vetting new talent for the business, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be:

  • Managing recruitment activity for permanent engineering vacancies
  • Supporting with high-volume hiring projects
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
  • Conducting candidate screening and vetting calls
  • CV sifting and shortlisting
  • Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
  • Supporting wider recruitment projects and TA initiatives
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
