We’re working with a well-established, design-led interiors brand based in Leeds who are on the lookout for a Social Media Executive to take full ownership of their social presence and help elevate the brand online. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a great eye for aesthetics, and knows how to turn beautiful content into meaningful engagement and ideally lead generation.

The Role

  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media channels, bringing the brand’s personality to life across platforms while staying aligned with wider marketing and commercial goals.
  • Expect a mix of strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution – this is not a “just scheduling posts” kind of role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Own the social media content calendar from idea through to execution.
  • Content creation focused on product launches, videos, photography, blogs.
  • Write compelling captions that reflect the brand tone of voice.
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and design teams to align campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions).
  • Analyse performance and report on growth, engagement and campaign success.
  • Stay on top of trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a social media role (brand or agency side).
  • Understanding of paid social media.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and what content works where.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for design, interiors or lifestyle content.
  • Confident copywriting skills (you know when to be witty and when to be polished).
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without flapping.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Experience in interiors, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce brands.
  • Basic content creation skills (Reels, TikToks, short-form video).
