An established and growing manufacturing company is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to play a key role within its commercial team. This position focuses on delivering accurate and competitive fenestration tenders for uPVC windows and doors projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven estimator with estimation experience of uPVC systems.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for uPVC windows and doors (supply & install)
- Price large-scale and bespoke schemes
- Complete Schedule of Rates (SOR) submissions
- Produce detailed Excel cost breakdowns
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Liaise with clients, surveyors and internal teams
- Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required
- Proven experience as an Estimator
- Experience of uPVC window and/or door systems
- Experience pricing within supply or install
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to meet tight deadlines
