Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer:
- Lead process improvement and innovation projects across a busy factory.
- Analyse and improve production methods to increase efficiency and quality.
- Design and improve tooling and products using CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Reduce waste, cycle times, and non-value-added activities.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
- Contribute to new product introductions (NPI) and capital projects (CAPEX).
What you will need to be considered, Manufacturing Process Engineer:
- HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CAD software; ERP familiarity is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
