This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to take full ownership of production operations, with a focus on driving efficiency, automation upgrades, and continuous improvement while leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Lead and support manufacturing-related projects, including automation upgrades, process improvements, and capital investments
- Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans to meet operational targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
