This opportunity will suit an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a strong track record in change and transformation.
You will work closely with highly influential senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance, support organisational change, and enhance the employee experience. International exposure is essential. You’ll be comfortable operating across multiple counties, bringing an understanding of global business dynamics and the ability to navigate cross-border people considerations with confidence.
Key responsibilities:
