- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers on policies, processes and employee relations matters.
- Ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience, managing offers, onboarding compliance and HR records.
