Elevation HR is excited to be working with an Engineering Business based in Castleford as they look to appoint a HR & Onboarding Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their established HR team and support the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding and recruitment. Our client is looking to move quickly and hold interviews next week so don't delay and apply today.

Key Responsibilities as a HR & Onboarding Assistant include:

  • Partner with hiring managers to advertise vacancies and ensure roles are positioned effectively
  • Create and refine screening questions to support candidate selection

  • Provide administrative support within Employee Relations, including note-taking in meetings
