An established organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the day-to-day delivery of HR services, ensuring a smooth, professional and people-focused employee experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and professional support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Assisting with HR meetings, including coordination and preparation of relevant paperwork
  • Supporting absence management, employee relations processes and general HR administration
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required

About You

Previous experience in an HR administration role is essential.
