Weβre on the hunt for a New Build Sales Exec to join a leading window manufacturer. This role has a specific focus on winning residential and commercial projects with regional and national housebuilders across The North and surrounding areas.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional housebuilders, developers, and architects across the new build and commercial sectors.
- Spot and go after new business opportunities to grow the brand's presence in the new build market.
- Follow up on sales leads and project enquiries from internal teams and industry contacts.
- Look after a portfolio of active clients, making sure they receive great service, clear communication, and ongoing support.
- Attend site meetings, client visits, and industry events to develop and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills within the construction or fenestration industry.
- Commercially focused, with solid negotiation skills and the ability to drive opportunities and close deals.
- Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple live projects and priorities at the same time.
