I am currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Manager on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in South Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations or customer service professional to join a growing company in a key leadership position, overseeing customer operations, order management, and internal coordination across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the customer operations / customer service team
  • Overseeing order processing and delivery performance
  • Improving operational processes and customer experience
  • Working closely with warehousing, logistics, and production teams
  • Managing KPIs, workflows, and team performance
  • Handling escalations and driving service improvements
  • Supporting business growth and operational efficiency

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments and be confident managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting. Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central would be advantageous.
