This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career, leading innovative HV projects across the country while managing and developing a growing team of engineers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and engineering analysis of High Voltage (HV) systems
• Manage in-house design processes to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with client requirements and industry standards
• Liaise with external consultants and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)
• Take ownership of the team’s technical output
• Mentor, develop, and expand the engineering team
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance customer offerings and explore opportunities in new HV markets

👤 We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the HV power transmission and distribution sector
• A relevant engineering qualification
• Strong people and project management skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with commercial awareness
