Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Senior International Sales Administrator on behalf of a forward-thinking business operating within the sustainable manufacturing and environmental solutions sector.

This organisation develops innovative products used across forestry, landscaping, and environmental management, helping customers reduce their environmental impact while supporting sustainable practices worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of UK and international sales administration activities, ensuring seamless order processing, efficient logistics coordination, and exceptional customer service across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process UK and international sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Verify order details, including pricing, product specifications, and delivery schedules
  • Work closely with production teams to manage demand planning and lead times
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaising with freight forwarders and logistics providers
  • Track orders and proactively resolve delivery or transportation issues
  • Prepare export and import documentation, ensuring customs and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide general administrative support to the wider business

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in sales administration, customer account management, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Experience within export, import, shipping, or logistics operations (desirable)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
